2. Coaching Services

The coaching services provided are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, confidence, and goal achievement.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or legal or financial advice. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare or other qualified services.

3. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is a collaborative process, and meaningful progress depends on your commitment and participation.

4. Appointments

Appointments are available online by prior arrangement.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.

5. Fees and Payment

Session fees will be confirmed before coaching begins.

Payment is required before each session unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Everything discussed during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
